Frank Perez was born Havana, Cuba and has lived in Las Vegas, Nevada for over 56 years. A graduate of Bishop Gorman High School, Frank turned professional in Jai-alai on June 3rd, 1977 and played three years at MGM Reno as a front courter winning the 1978  SIngles Championship. Then, Frank played MGM Las Vegas while also winning the 1982 Singles Championship. Later on in his career, Frank has been in the professional gaming industry from poker dealer to part casino owner for over 15 years.  For over 35 years including  present day, Frank has been involved in all aspects of the sports betting industry including a period of time working hands on in Costa Rica in a major sports book. Frank enjoys spending time with his family along with taking his four year old Taco Terrier "Jax" on hiking adventures up at Mt. Charleston and Red Rock Canyon!

Paul 'Chip' Chirimbes

 the Las Vegas Hilton Handicapping Champion, has been a mainstay in the Sports Handicapping Television and Radio industry since 1978. Chip has many 'Firsts' that highlight his career with national media acclaim for his accomplishments including his cutting edge knowledge of sports along with his reputation of 'Honesty and Integrity' that preceded him. Here are some of his accomplishments: 

In 1978 Chip created a first of its kind ‘live’ sports handicapping television show, The A-Play Sports Handicapping Show from New York City." Viewers were encouraged to ‘call-in’ and interact with Chip and his special guest handicappers.

 As one of the foremost experts in sports, Chip has been quoted in many national publications including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, USA Today, SI's Sports Weekly, L.A. Times, Las Vegas Review-Journal, Las Vegas Sun, Gambling Times and countless others.

Chip is a New York University graduate with a Masters Degree in Heath Science and was educated at the University of Kyoto in Japan, Uppsala University in Sweden and Copenhagen University in Denmark. A high school teacher, he was a head baseball and assistant football coach as well as a certified NCAA Basketball official. After eight years of teaching and coaching, Chipper created his professional sports service called The A-Play.
